      - High 401k matching - 9-hour workdays but every other Friday is a day off (9-80 schedule) - Freedom to innovate and try new things

      Pros

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Cons

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
