We have a very high turnover rate on some models that is exacerbated by having experienced people leaving or retiring. This has highlighted a flaw with our ability to get and retain experienced people forcing the engineering teams to put out thousands of fires at once instead of permanently fixing the problem. Instead we constantly put band aids over symptoms only to seem return.
