Good culture, the leadership team is awesome, fully remote

Small startup, so not as stable

- Our CEO Alan is very active within all aspects of Textline, which I didn't expect since he has had so much success as the founder of Eventbrite, Yammer, and Xoom. He sets the tone from a culture standpoint and it shows. - The company has always had remote teams so the transition to a fully remote environment during the pandemic was mostly smooth. The company also did a good job checking in with employees and ensuring everyone had everything they needed from a personal and professional standpoint. - We are in a relatively new space (business texting), but in a very large industry in telecom. There's lots of opportunity for the company to grow. - The team is filled with highly motivated individuals who are invested in Textline and their teammates success.

- There are lots of demands to learn a lot of new things: how telecom works, different industries, use cases, data bases, etc.
