      Textbook Solutions embodies 'Southern Hospitality.' Everyone is nice and the work environment really allows you to grow both professionally and personally. Semester staff members go through paid leadership development training. The training not only brings you closer to your team members but also teaches you how to effectively lead others.

      Cons

      Textbook Solutions branches are located only in Texas and Florida. There are two in Texas and one in Florida.

      Pros

      Everyone is so friendly and the main focus of your job is to be honest and to add value to your customers. I love this place because putting the customer first is of the utmost importance and not many places do this anymore. Along with this one of our core values is continuous improvement and these values are adhered to. In the little time I have worked at TBS I can say I have constantly seen improvement in myself and my coworkers.

      Cons

      I honestly have downside, I have never enjoyed working anywhere else as much as I enjoy working at TBS.
