      There is a sense of community with co workers and management

      Cons

      Low pay, the boss cusses at you and apparently when you quit they do not pay you for your last months work. Unable to get a hold of anyone about not getting paid.

      There are no pros with this company

      Cons

      The pay is .03 per message. They expect you do a minimum of 1000 messages in a month. $30 for the month. The first month you are working for free....AND pay them $5 for "training". They don't tell you the payrate until you have accepted the job and then get mad at you when you won't accept their rate.
