IT Department - Full/Mean Stack Developer Text Mercato Employee Review

Dear former employee, thanks for your review. I think some of the pros have gone to cons too, the "local help" we provide. In any case medical benefits (for Covid especially) and other initiatives have been added. Growing companies have busy environments, but stressful is another definition altogether. We will strive to make it better. The IT department has grown 3X in the last 6 months and delivering on a wide variety of product automation capabilities. As you have mentioned, working on different technologies, and we are determined to equip our people further. I think then opportunities we provide and the brands we work with are quite superior, I would request a fair review with more details so we can also learn and grow better.
