      Pros

      The people and specially the managers are very welcoming and are fun to work with . Light environment, you could get along well with people since they help you with your work .

      Cons

      Since it is an Agrichemical Manufacturer, it has a dangerous environment due to chemicals in pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer production .
