Pros
Offers excellent benefits, comfortable workplace, work that is important in the industry. Very competitive salaries. They often promote from within as well as offering bonuses for employee referrals. Agreed that it is a place with high expectations, but might be a good oppourtunity for motivated individuals who really know their stuff!
Cons
Changes in structure and policies have changed the environment and vision of the company which made it a difficult transition for some employees. Not always very clear communication within the company. There has also been a fair bit of turnover.
