      I can only speak for the San Antonio office, but this is the best job I’ve ever had. The managers are ACTUALLY professional and EDUCATED, and the work environment is not toxic.

      Constantly having to speak to claimants all day.

      Job gives overtime to employees.

      Cons

      Pay is bad for education level required. Taking time off is difficult. Job is stressful due to constantly increasing workload. Flat organizational structure leads to little room for advancement.
