      Great Healthcare benefits and retirement, and ample holidays. at least one day of vacation and one day of sick leave accrued each month

      Cons

      Very little room for advancement, and a plethora of employees that probably should have been let go a long time ago but it is notoriously impossible to be fired form a state agency

      Job gives overtime to employees.

      Cons

      Pay is bad for education level required. Taking time off is difficult. Job is stressful due to constantly increasing workload. Flat organizational structure leads to little room for advancement.
