Our customers. To assist individuals with disabilities and helping them to seek employment or maintain employment. Feels rewarding knowing we can make a difference in their lives by giving them the help they need.
Cons
Unappreciated, undervalued, overworked and unable to meet unreachable goals with the amount of work we are suppose to do. Targeting RAs to complete more tasks day in and day out and feeling burned out.
