Pros

This has been the most mentoring-oriented organization I have yet to work for. An employee has numerous opportunities and readily available staff to train in the employment consultant process. In addition there are useful administrative task to perform and thus be trained for. Wonderful job satisfaction in relation to assisting the unemployed, or individuals searching for a new job. A must for anyone who is comfortable with and enjoys diversity.

Cons

Employment is contingent on government funding in many respects. There is also a lot of record-keeping which is a characteristic of government agencies. Often times, the quotas employees must fill are very difficult to achieve due to staff cut-backs and the various other aspects of this job.
