      Good pay, equal to or greater than what I got working for a competitor. Reliable hours, week in, week out, the management makes every effort to keep work consistent. Not many construction companies have consistent time.

      The door is wide open for opportunities. It doesn't matter whether you walk in the door as a inexperienced guy looking for a paycheck to make ends meet, if you focus work hard and continually show progression, ambition and responsibility, upper management will give you a opportunity to become more successful within the company.
