It's a great place to start learning production if you're new to the industry and need some sort of temporary foothold. Since the building has opened the pay has stayed relatively the same. It was fine in 2009 in a bum market- now production people can make gobs more money basically anywhere else, so the incentive isn't exactly there, and that doesn't always attract the brightest and best.
