      Pros

      If you are going to school and need a flexible schedule then Texas Star is good for you. You can work in the evenings or nights so that you can go to school.

      Cons

      No one seems to do their job in upper management. No promotions were ever done because no evaluations, which were supposed to happen every 6 months, were done.
