Pros

Very lax environment, if you're willing to learn they're willing to teach you, good enough pay, good people. It's a very good company to "get your foot in the door" you just have to know what you're getting into first. If you have issues come up they're VERY willing to work with you with whatever you need - whether that's PTO, extended time off, etc. Self-managed job positions if you like to be in charge of yourself instead of being micromanaged every day.

Cons

The culture within the company is not one to be admired. There's a lot of toxic masculinity, homophobic and transphobic comments tossed around, unwillingness to try something new/fix known issues, and cliques that will bully people out of their position if you don't fit in within their idealized version of what you should be. Favoritism is also in play for a lot of the issues. If you’re in the good graces of management then your mistakes, issues, and toxicity will be overlooked by management. There is a never-ending stream of inappropriate conversations (and jokes) going on within the office and when it's brought up to management it's just brushed off. They did do an HR training video at one point but it was obviously just treated as a waste of time and joke by everybody involved - management included. That's not to say that the people who work there are bad people, just that the culture of the office is not professional at all. The managers are overworked and have too many responsibilities to effectively do their job, and employees are unwilling to change because “that’s just how it’s always been”. There's a lot of weird competition and micromanaging by people/coworkers who don't work in management, as well as negativity from multiple areas of the company that just adds fuel to that fire. Goals are not well established and training is OTJ shadowing, which leads to miscommunications and mistakes because everybody does things a slightly different way and some people will train you incorrectly on things because that might not be their job but they were asked to show you how to do it. Again, that's not to the fault of the employees but management. They bring up the "we're a family" comment a lot but it's a quickly growing company and if they want to cut down on their increasing turnover rate they will need to crack down on the issues and actually take into account the opinions of everybody and not just those who have worked there the longest.
