Pros
You will make a lot of friends and will have some fun working here with the 'lax wakeboarding environment. Occasionally, you will get free gear from vendors and such. You get 50% of Wahoos and cable passes working behind the rental counter.
Cons
You will only be getting paid minimum wage, and it is difficult to get a raise while working here. They rarely show appreciation for hard work, but, rather, will always point out things you have yet to accomplish.
