      Pros

      Usually good free lunch food, they make sure you are fed nicely You will find "some" nice people at TDA Great atmosphere

      Cons

      The managers and executives do not care about who you are. You can walk in one day and they decide they no longer need you. One manager who had been working there for 5+ years came to work and the executives asked for a meeting. They pointed at him and told him it was his last day and not to bother coming in anymore. Simply because he was no longer needed. People steal each others customers.

      Treated us well until Vroom took over.

      Vroom bought them out and a lot of people from outside the car industry tried to put us into a tech company mold

      Pros

      PTO, Health, Vision and Dentist Insurance. The also offered 401K. Company discount to purchases a vehicle

      Cons

      Sundays were always off and the other day off was random during the weekday, but if you take a PTO day you won’t get your weekday day off. You don’t have a set lunch time hour. Company will pay you one hour of over time for you to work over your lunch hour so if you have customers you have to eat once you finish with all your customers. When your partner is off during the weekdays you work by yourself at the store. You have to schedule PTO days more than one month ahead of time. Company did a massive layoff without giving any notice to their employees.
