Pros
Texas AirSystems really cares about their employees and puts them first. Most flexible job and best company I have worked for.
Cons
Being a mid-sized employer, benefits are more a little expensive than working at a large company, but they offer multiple options. I don't mind paying more for benefits to work at a great company.
