      If you want a place to spend your entire career with unlimited potential with people that care this is it! Empowered and unencumbered is how the business is run. People exemplify servant leadership. Hard work - yes, but lots of upside. Leadership team is best in the business.

      Cons

      Flat organization so if you are a ladder climber look somewhere else.

      Opportunity to make money once you rise in the company.

      Opportunity to get a reliable customer base and not have other salesmen taking large percentages of the sales you receive when they were not involved in the sale.
