      technology of the company is great & has good market potential. But the company is not ready to capture it, Poor top management, lengthy processes for all approvals. good place to learn & improve for an individual.

      Cons

      no work - life balance. hectic load on all employees. top management never calculates load on each employee. very low chances of growth to higher management.
