Pros
They invest in good technology in comparison with other companies I have worked at. People in general will keep to themselves instead of meeting new people. However, once you have met them then they are nice.
Cons
Very political company. Some people know how to navigate this but you end up having a feeling of a company run on brown nosing. Also very hard to move up as many people stay in fixed positions for very long.
