Promotion and recognition of staff are encouraged only because of connections, not because of talent and the contribution of good ideas. The headquarter in Sweden is hiring people with no background knowledge to work on novel projects to be implemented at market companies without any awareness and experience of the ground work. This strategy is gradually tarnishing the company in long term. All talented people chose to resign from this company a serious brain drain situation. Any report on harassment, even to the whistleblowing platform, is only met with skepticism by the HR department that takes the sort of actions to try to invalidate the complaint filed. Employees do not feel safe in this company. The work assigned has become less purposeful and effective in delivering the right service to the customers.
