Pros
The perks are gd. Go home on the dot when your shift at the factory ends.
Cons
Undesirable location. Through the years management were replaced by locals. It's no longer like a Swedish company where people matters. Now cost is all that matters. People are promoted based on their relationship with their bosses and not on how good a worker they are.
