It's getting worse - Anonymous employee Tetra Pak Employee Review

Now, here's the bad thing: _ Horrid management team, seriously lack of leadership. KAD gave feedback to employee in a very unprofessional way, personally abusive. Direct line Manager took non advice & constructive feedback from employee, even said “It’s my personality deal with it or leave”. Director level employs people based on fong shui?? _ The environment is very political with tiny room for career growth. Some co-workers are highly unskilled & manipulative. Relative of management team can easily squeeze in here even though they have no related background or experience and only perform 10% of the job description. The only reason I decided to stay for that long was because of a few lovely and supportive teammates. The culture is slowly becoming localized & corrupted. Very dissapointed.
