A very diverse workforce, many opportunities to learn things. Working here feels like a smaller company than it really is. Very smart people. Great work life balance.
Cons
Too many people have been here for too long. Not open to new ideas, and not very visionary. Too reliant on antiquated processes. Needs to embrace change to maintain its momentum.
