Great company - Freelancer Teton Ridge Employee Review

- Proactive coworkers - Friendly atmosphere - Very enlightening - Got to attend meetings - Opinion was valued

- Only remote work - Only available position was during the summer

Teton Ridge is a large company that is slowly working it's kinks out. With a new CEO in the last year many issues are being worked out and big things are happening for the company and it's sub-companies.

Within the sub-companies, like its magazine, there are cultural changes for the better, but that is still slow. An organizational chart and more communication from the top are a couple things that would be helpful.
