      Great for people looking for experience straight out of school. Interesting work.

      Under appreciated. Unreasonable expectations and work loads. High stress environment. Unorganized and chaotic.

      Smart, passionate people who care about the company's mission.

      Cons

      When Rob Hoyt ran the company (before ARKA purchased TUI), the company did better. The ARKA purchase did not go well. Chronically understaffed; PMs ended up doing Finance, Contracts, PM, BD, and intermittently backfilled the one overworked Scheduler. Not enough Engineers (all disciplines) to staff programs per awarded schedules.
