Cheap/poor/rough organization - Sales Associate Tetherfi Employee Review

There are so many bad things. 1. Poor Management.(Managers are less experience to be a manager and most of them are less than 10 years. They are not reading emails of the fellow team members. The response time of any important email is so poor. They also donot know how to talk and motivate the team members to work smoothly.) 2. Designation is only in record. For example one joins as lead then there will be no team. So many things they can say during interviews. 3. Whats App is the official medium of communication. No MS teams,Skype for business for official communication. 4. No internal portals to view leaves,payslip and other news of the organization. No tools for internal meetings like web ex,MS team etc. Most of the software are open source and not working as expected. 5. Working environment is worst. 6. Bangalore branch looks like a travel agency. 7. Management in Bangalore office is worst. 8. After joining in Bnagalore branch as an experienced person, one must travel to Singapore the head office, if some of the personal reason unable to travel then all of sudden so many problems will arise. Even management can terminate or they can force you to resign. 9. There is no proper co-ordination between Bangalore and Managalore branch. 10. No proper KT for the new joinnes as the old employees are not thorough in in-and-out of the product. 11. HRs are not good also. Worst HR polices. 12. Less experience team members will evalute people who are having more expereince. It is difficult to write all the CONS in this platform. This is my humble request, whatever mentioned here is faced by me and if anyone think these are wrong please do verify, before joining this organization. This organization is a third class organization.
