You will be surrounded mostly by good people. The environment is not toxic and you can feel the camaraderie. They care about you and your family.
Cons
Project managers are not great at managing and those managing them seem to be struggling. Each project manager is their own company doing what it feels it's the best (for them). Compensation is not great. Must be the reason why management makes it look like the company is not doing great but things will get better (when?). Overall, great company if you need to jumpstart your career or you need to work just for a little right before retiring.
