Pros
1. Good atmosphere for work(Infrastructure, snacks, coffee, higher-end laptops, anything else you want you can ask they will get it). 2. If you do your job good and passion at your work, really they will pick you up to the next level. 3. Friendly environment, you can work with founders. 4. No politics from the upper-level peoples. 5. Freshers will surely learn new things. 6. Simultaneously you can work on more technologies so that you can get the knowledge across different streams. 7. If you take care of your work, they will take care of you.
Cons
1. Sometimes you may work overtime based on the work and Availing leave may become harder and its common everywhere. But as I am in the early phase of my career it gave me a good experience of how to handle work pressure and the tight deadline. 2. Here I learned so many new technologies but beyond a certain point I felt like incorporating to new technologies to the existing system is slightly difficult.
