Pros
The company is growing and has opportunities for eager people. Like a lot of companies that transition from small to medium the structure and dynamics sometimes change very quickly, and it can be tough. But while many companies out there manage purely on the bottom line, Testmark continues to make an honest effort to build a place that establishes and launches careers.
Cons
It's a fast paced production lab, and the client-focused approach can make for some challenges at times. Staffing labs can be a challenge, and training is occasionally tough to do efficiently.
