We appreciate your feedback and as you know the CEO relocated to Texas in 2018; we soon realized after his departure the NYC office wasn’t being managed effectively with those left in charge. Since we are a small company it’s obvious when people aren’t fully engaged in their jobs. This was very evident in NYC after the CEO moved and this may have caused frustration for many people due to lack of strong and positive leadership after his departure. We did make attempts to rectify the situation and eventually due to COVID we had to permanently close the NYC office in May 2020. We do pride ourselves on our generous employee benefit package and make every attempt to create a positive work environment for all. If you would like to talk more about your concerns we would be more than happy to have a conversation with you. Let us know. Thanks, TestingMom

Pros

Ability to see how the entire operations works. I found the work to be enjoyable. People seemed to like working there.

Cons

It’s a small company and limited room for moving up.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. As you may know, we did end up closing the New York office in May of 2020 due to Covid. Prior to closing, we were fully aware of the disconnect to what was happening in the New York office compared to what the owners were being told by New York management. We were in the process of correcting the issue and then Covid hit. Even though we are a small company we are attempting to provide more training and advancement for our staff. We wish you the very best. Testing Mom

Pros

Several of the students I worked with were delightful.

Cons

The scheduling process is quite challenging and inconvenient. You provide the team with your availability, and they assign students to your schedule. However, if you need to change or adjust your schedule, they make it very difficult. You are only paid for the time you spend with students. For example, if you are available from 1-5 PM on Monday afternoons and they schedule just one 30-minute session during that time, you are only paid for that half-hour. This means that despite clearing your schedule and potentially turning down other work opportunities for the remaining 3.5 hours, you only earn for 30 minutes of work. Financially, it doesn't make sense to work with this company.
