No good reasons to work here.I thought a small company gives you opportunities and freedom to innovate but you have to do what managers ask you to do.
Cons
Poor facilities, narrow minded people, salary in peanuts. If they don't want you they will fire you by giving any reason. HRs , finance hae no say. Girish Basidoni is like a dictator. They make people work for free or pay them almost nothing.
