Unethical Practices at TestUnity – My Experience I never thought I would have to share something like this, but it's important to call out unfair corporate practices so others don’t face the same. After resigning from TestUnity, I was asked to send back my company laptop at my own expense—something that companies usually arrange themselves. Still, I complied. Once they received it, they suddenly claimed it was damaged and decided to deduct ₹5000 from my Full & Final settlement. To verify, I checked with multiple service centers and found that the actual repair cost is only ₹1000-₹1200. Despite this, when I escalated the matter to the CEO, I was shocked to hear that ₹5000 would still be deducted without any justification. This is completely unethical and unacceptable. How can a company inflate repair costs and unfairly deduct money from an ex-employee’s FNF? This is nothing but an attempt to exploit employees post-exit. I strongly recommend that professionals think twice before joining such companies that do not respect fair policies or treat employees with integrity. If TestUnity does not resolve this, I will be taking legal action and exposing all relevant emails and salary details publicly. Have you faced something similar? Let’s stand together against such unfair corporate practices. 🚨 #EmployeeRights #WorkplaceEthics #TestUnity #UnfairPractices #CorporateScams
