Pros

Good work life balance. Millions of products to sell. Tons of manufacturing reps to partner with.

Cons

Owned by private equity, resulting in complete change in KPI's weekly. Ever looming layoffs while onboarding a new Executive each week. Sales is always to blame, even though we wont hire enough internal support to help support the business us sales reps grow. Our commission plan is annual. Meaning if you crush it, you wont see 40-60% of your income for an entire year. Comp is based on overall growth from previous year. This creates a crazy environment where you don't want to sell too much and make the next year impossible to make commission, so reps often sandbag their numbers in Q4. Resulting in no incentive to work hard.

Pros

Good exposure to different systems and business areas. There are opportunities to learn if you take initiative, and some coworkers are helpful and easy to work with, although the overall work environment could be better.

Cons

Employee morale appears to be low. Management support and communication can be inconsistent. There seems to be a disconnect between leadership and employees, especially around career growth, compensation, and employee retention.
