First, all the positive reviews about this company are fake and have nothing to do with reality. Most likely, they are written by the management itself. • The management is unorganized and completely unprofessional. You’ll be dealing with people who know nothing about proper management. • Work is messy and unstructured. • The HR department has no understanding of how to manage human resources. • No one responds to complaints or problems you face. • Salaries are given in the middle of the following month. For example, your June salary will arrive after the 15th of July. • Management, HR, and Finance act like a gang against the employees. • There is no career growth or development. • Most people I worked with are just trying to escape from the company. • One day, they even prevented a woman from completing her maternity leave just because she was working remotely. • Sometimes they offer very basic courses, and the trainers are extremely weak. • There have been no salary raises for the past 2 or even 3 years. • They constantly make false promises. • They delay every issue until employees give up out of frustration.
