Okay to work - Senior CNC Machinist Test Tooling Solutions Group Employee Review

Everyone is kind including the bosses. No politics in this company.

Not much to comment .

1. Coworker all friendly and nice 2. Environment is very clean because new building 3. Have 1 good superior that is the supervisor only, He thinks fairness for all workers and kind hearted person

1. Too Low salary and benefits compared with other company 2. Bonus you will only get 1 month bonus that 100% of your salary. If you performance will you will get maximum 125% of your salary. If don't perform good you will get 70% of your salary. Bonus is 1 year 1 time only. Don't expect much if you work this company as a CNC machinist. 3. You won't get acknowledged of your performance and new skill. Even you proof your self with your superior and show evidence that you learn new skill and preform so well then others, you will not get a promotion. They will give the promotion to someone is average. 4. No canteen to buy food. When they built the new building they didn't make a canteen because they just don't want to subsidized the food because loss of money for the company, but I know management will say that we have less people so we not really need a canteen but they build a place for employees bring there food to eat
