Below the national minimum wage pay for a full-time job is expected, where late hours and even weekend work are common. Leaving work at 17:30 is frowned upon and staying late is encouraged. Kangaroo courts are frequently held in the guise of review meetings to fire employees whom the management dislikes. People are put on performance reviews and are later fired regardless of their performance if they do not suck up to the seniors. Visa sponsorships are offered akin to slavery contracts, with the intention to trap the employee in a low-paying job for several years. This renders them unable to leave and enables their constant exploitation since the company takes control of their visa. Employees who refuse the sponsorship are fired without cause. Any 'confidential' discussions with HR are likely to become common knowledge in the office, as several employees, including the CEO, frequently engage in gossip. Immoral and unethical practices run rampant among the upper management. People are not provided with copies of their employment contract beforehand and are made to sign the contract on the first day of their joining the company. The job title mentioned on the contract is often different from what the candidate had interviewed for. This has disastrous consequences for the employees that have to move from a different city to join the company only to find out that they have been deceived. Furthermore, I strongly suspect the current employees might be forced to write fake positive reviews of the company in an attempt to improve the company's image online. I would suggest only applying to this company if you are absolutely certain that you will not find a job elsewhere.
