      Great growth, Teamwork, Collaboration and Company Transparency! Small company with big company benefits!

      Cons

      Only con I can think of is the cost of health insurance, but I know we are not alone in the rising cost. As a country we are all feeling the pinch. As we continue to grow, I know our options will as well.

      terrible leadership, no standardized processes, no workload balance, employees treated unfairly, information withheld from employees, money first mindset, clients not prioritized, terrible communication, lack of training, lack of direction, no check ins with management, no room to grow

In the first and second quarters of this year, we made significant investments in our customer service department, including dedicated training and development, so that our people are well supported and our clients receive the highest level of service. It is unfortunate that the timing of your departure meant you were not here to experience those improvements firsthand.
