Sales management has no experience selling B2B Only 1 experienced and successful sales rep in over 3 years. The company is a graveyard of failed sales reps that management talks down about constantly. Scolded as a team in almost every morning meeting No sales strategy, all strategy was coming from ICs that worked at competitor companies No support in ramp period Unrealistic targets that have no bearing on actual sales success Poor leads, mainly NO leads
