      Pros

      Management’s good at finding skilled employees but also pushes them away after some time.

      Cons

      The office politics, nepotism, and discrimination made this workplace horrible toxic! Great employees aren’t recognized for their contributions while others get so much more than what they actually deserve! It’s very unfair and it’s the main reason great people quit and leave!
