Pros

Joining Tesorio in the thick of the pandemic was and continues to be a fantastic experience. I've been a remote employee for a few companies over the years, but Tesorio is the first that embraces and leans into its remote culture. Since everyone is (and will continue to be) remote, everyone understands the rules of engagement. Meetings are efficient, time is carved out to meet and connect 1:1 with random colleagues, and there are bi-weekly virtual games, happy hours, and guest speakers. Speaking of culture, Tesorio is truly multi-cultural with employees scattered across the U.S. as well as many LATAM countries. Oh, and one of the cool benefits, when you're hired, is a stipend to pimp out your home office set-up.

Cons

Startups aren't for everybody. We move quickly, fail fast, iterate, and improve. Working at Tesorio requires flexibility in your scope of work and. you need to be comfortable with ambiguity. Company-wide meetings lack engagement — I don't know if that is a result of people not wanting to ask questions in a big group Zoom, or disinterest, or that communications are so crystal clear.

Pros

- competitive pay. I would even venture to say great earning potential bc of average deal size and how large the appetite is for collections software right now - really cool, down to earth team members who take the job seriously but don’t take themselves too seriously. - United revenue org, experienced but approachable sales leaders - product people love (see G2) and have great feedback on

Cons

Wish we could hang out more!! But remote life is the best so conferences and company retreats will just have to be more often!

Pros

Good company culture. People are nice. Has great perks (unlimited time off and sick days where you don't have to feel bad for taking it, phone bill reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, $1000 to set up your home office). The company is fully distributed with employees working from all parts of the world.

Cons

Little room for growth. Teams are siloed. Everyone focused on their own work, so there's little feedback.
