Flexible hours, unlimited income potential, great Team members, exciting industry. You are able to have work/life balance, but it is a challenge because it's a thrill to work here, and a joy to help people, knowing I am changing the world!

      A lot of work and chances for overtime Management was always there and supportive

      Cons

      Seemed that Policies were changing a lot during the time, this was also due to the company purchasing solar city, so maybe it has settled down now. I was not able to continue my education during the day and still hold the job

      steady, decent managers, independence and dealing with inspectors

      overzealous some management that preach the company safety/non negotiable policies then ignore them pushing for sales/install goals
