      Pros

      Can't find even a single reason. The only reason I worked there was I was getting paid and that too - at half the market rate. And in order to survive it better to have something rather than nothing.

      Cons

      - You will be treated like dogs. - No training provided. - No help or information provided. - They can terminate you at any point without giving any notice and reason (Look into your contract).

      Pros

      Casual atmosphere, customer focused, great team of coworkers, high quality people, products and services. Great deal of variety every day with a real focus on taking care of our clients.

      Cons

      Smaller firm with around 50 people and a very flat org structure. Makes it tough to move up through the ranks.

      Caring individuals who listen and elicit feedback from all employees. They are flexible with vacation and maintaining a good work life balance.
