      Given many opportunity to start and work with and was experienced in various skillset from processes to QA skill set. E.g. performance testing.

      My probable cons would be in terms of growth in the company.

      Pros

      Casual atmosphere, customer focused, great team of coworkers, high quality people, products and services. Great deal of variety every day with a real focus on taking care of our clients.

      Cons

      Smaller firm with around 50 people and a very flat org structure. Makes it tough to move up through the ranks.

      Caring individuals who listen and elicit feedback from all employees. They are flexible with vacation and maintaining a good work life balance.

      Limited on site and local management
