Drunk Manager - Anonymous employee Terumo Employee Review

Upper management and HR ineffective acknowledging bad managers and toxic environment. I worked in QA Compliance and one of the managers took the Liberty to get drunk on a daily basis, harass her teams, and not remember the next day. There was too much going on to detail here. In spite of multiple team members reporting her and eventually everyone leaving the team, HR and the Executive Leadership team did nothing. And, she's still there in a new role and still hitting the bottle.
