Pros
Great work environment for an FDA regulated company. Very professional environment with a lot of training. Well maintained and developed quality system.
Cons
Tedious work sometimes. Can take longer on projects just due to the quality and CAPA processes. Lots of turnover in past few years. Not a lot of entry level employees.
