SG team is very transparent. People here are hardworking and supportive, no drama. Competitive salary, generous company when it comes to employee benefits. Work-life balance
Cons
Influx of uppper management hiring over at APAC side but always mention "no budget" rejecting marketing activity proposals. Also, do you need 7 people in the HR team? Focus on the frontline. lack of career progression (as at other MNCs i guess)
