Pros
Overall a wonderful place to work. The type of place you want to stay with for a long time. Products are excellent and to doctors appreciate the devices and rep support. Company provide excellent training and tools to support you in the field.
Cons
Quotas can be a little high, but not unattainable. Devices are high price so value needs to be sold to end users to move inventory.
